Gordon Sivewright
Gordon has had over 50 years continuous experience in the construction industry, and has established a reputation for integrity, honesty and hard work. His breadth of knowledge in construction and wealth of experience in business make him indispensable to the company. Over the years, Gordon has developed relationships with numerous industry leaders, which bears testimony to his principled approach and dedication.
Robert Sivewright
Robert founded Concept Windows in 2003 and has served as Managing Director ever since. Robert has had over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and works tirelessly to improve the business and navigate change . He believes in maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers through the principles of honesty, integrity and fairness.
Amos Hitch
Amos joined the company in 2006 and has worked his way up the ranks, formerly our Operations Manager, Amos now heads up our Sales Team. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and understands the technicalities of windows and installation.
Jasmine Sivewright
Jasmine has been with the company since 2017 and has worked in both Administration and Operations, and has now moved into Residential Sales. She believes in getting tasks done quickly, and not putting off a challenge.
Sam Fimmano
Sam has been at Concept Windows since 2017, and leads our commercial quoting and drafting. He understands the requirements around Australian Standards and has impeccable attention to detail. Sam believes in getting the job done right, the first time.
Rosalyn Van Der Laan
Rosalyn heads up our accounts department, and is responsible for providing accurate and meaningful figures to management. Rosalyn has had over 30 years’ experience in accounting and joined our team in 2020. She is a bright personality and will always treat customers and suppliers with kindness.
Mark Tait
Mark has been with the company since early 2009, and is our Production Manager. Since starting here, Mark has primarily worked in this department, and his depth of experience means he has a wealth of technical knowledge around our products. He works tirelessly every day to achieve goals and complete tasks.
Matthew Dimasi
Matthew started with the company in 2023. More to come soon.
Allister Mutch
Allister joined the company in 2015 and now project manages all of our larger projects. With over 15 years’ experience in windows and construction, Allister understands that fast paced construction must not compromise on the quality of install. He believes in getting organised and in maintaining relationships with customers and subcontractors that are fun, fair, and firm.
Brad Miller
Brad has newly joined our team in 2023. More to come.
Zachary Sivewright
Zachary started with the company in 2021 and manages many of our residential projects while also Leading our Service Department. He brings a can-do attitude to the team.
Marianne Schofield
Marianne joined Concept Windows in 2022. She plays a key role in projects support, stock procurement and general administration, striving to help where needed to enable the team to function its best.
Sherre Pascoe
Sherre joined the team early in 2023. Sherre is our bright and friendly first point of contact. Customer care and service are No 1 in her books. When she is not taking care of our customer base, she is taking care of the team and is a valued member of Concept Windows.
