His breadth of knowledge in construction and wealth of experience in business make him indispensable to the company. Over the years, Gordon has developed relationships with numerous industry leaders, which bears testimony to his principled approach and dedication.


Robert Sivewright

Managing Director

Robert founded Concept Windows in 2003 and has served as Managing Director ever since. Robert has had over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and works tirelessly to improve the business and navigate change . He believes in maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers through the principles of honesty, integrity and fairness.


Amos Hitch

Operations Manager

Amos joined the company in 2006 and has worked his way up the ranks to become Operations Manager. Amos oversees all of our Project Managers and ensures that projects run on time and in budget. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and understands the technicalities of windows and installation.


Allister Mutch

Project Manager

Allister joined the company in 2015 and now project manages all of our larger projects. With over 15 years’ experience in windows and construction, Allister understands that fast paced construction must not compromise on the quality of install. He believes in getting organised and in maintaining relationships with customers and subcontractors that are fun, fair, and firm.


Mark Tait

Production Manager

Mark has been with the company for 12 years now, and is currently the Production Manager. Since starting here, Mark has primarily worked in this department, and his depth of experience means he has a wealth of technical knowledge around our products. He works tirelessly every day to achieve goals and complete tasks.


Rhianna Sivewright

Sales Consultant - Residential

Rhianna joined the company in 2019 and is now our Residential Sales Manager. She is dynamite on meeting submission deadlines, and expects nothing but perfection in all she does. You can rely on her to provide professional advice, and excellent customer service.


Nina Oetomo

Junior Estimator

Nina works in our estimating team, assisting in commercial estimating and shop drawings. She is a dedicated team member and a consistent worker. Nina thrives on being organised, meeting expectations and getting the job done.


Jasmine Sivewright

Admin & Sales Consultant

Jasmine has been with the company since 2017 and has worked in both Administration and Operations, moving recently into Residential Sales. She believes in getting tasks done quickly, and not putting off a challenge.


Rosalyn Van Der Laan


Rosalyn heads up our accounts department, and is responsible for providing accurate and meaningful figures to management. Rosalyn has had over 30 years’ experience in accounting and joined our team in 2020. She is a bright personality and will always treat customers and suppliers with kindness.


Sam Fimmano

Estimating & Drafting Manager - Commercial

Sam has been at Concept Windows for 3 years now, and leads our commercial quoting and drafting. He understands the requirements around Australian Standards and has impeccable attention to detail. Sam believes in getting the job done right, the first time.


Denver Trewarn

Service Manager

Denver started with the company in 2020 and heads up our Service Department, looking after any maintenance queries. He brings a can-do attitude to the team, and a willingness to learn.
