The project was designed by Silver Thomas Hanley Architecture and consisted of an expansion to the mental health unit, as well as a brand new consulting centre. Combined, the buildings have over 500 window and door items, all in commercial framing.

Located in Fremantle, this building was developed by DHA (Defence Housing Australia), built by Georgiou and designed by Hassell. The design of LIV focused on sustainability, which was achieved with the help of cross ventilation and double glazing throughout. The project also won the ‘UDIA High Density Award For Excellence.’
