Throughout 2014, Concept Windows worked alongside Emco Building to complete Luxton Apartments in North Perth. Developed by Blackburne and designed by MJA Studios, this building consists of 44 apartments and 3 commercial tenancies. Cross ventilation and natural light contribute to this buildings energy efficient design.
