Marina East Waterfront Apartments is a project that stands out in the history of Concept Windows. The building is located in Ascot Waters and houses over 400 windows and doors. The project comprises of 3 separate buildings, and was designed by Hames Sharley Architects, developed by Blackburne, and constructed by Georgiou Group.

Throughout 2019 and 2020, Concept Windows worked with ADCO Constructions to complete this flagship aged care facility in Bentley. This state of the art facility was designed by Cameron Chisholm Nicol Architects and developed by SwanCare.

Throughout 2019, Concept Windows installed the window package at the St Georges College West Wing expansion. This student accommodation facility was built by Jaxon Construction and designed by Whitehaus.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with PACT Construction to complete this apartment development in Victoria Park. These apartments were designed by Hillam Architects and developed by Celsius Property. Vic Quarter Apartments consists of 6 levels and contains over 400 windows and doors.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with BGC Construction to complete this apartment development in Rivervale. These apartments were designed by Hillam Architects and developed by Edge Visionary Living.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with Pact Construction to complete this apartment development in Como. These apartments were designed by MJA Studio and developed by Parcel Property. This property was a finalist in the Medium Density Category at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with Pact Construction to complete this apartment development in Palmyra. Designed by award-winning Grounds Kent Architects, Carrington57 is a boutique four storey multi-residential development. For this outstanding development, Parcel Property won the Judges Award at the UDIA WA 2019 Awards for Excellence. 

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with M Construction to complete this apartment development in South Fremantle.

LIV Apartments is a project that stands out in the history of Concept Windows. Located in Fremantle, this building was developed by DHA (Defence Housing Australia), built by Georgiou and designed by Hassell. The design of LIV focused on sustainability, which was achieved with the help of cross ventilation and double glazing throughout. The project also won the ‘UDIA High Density Award For Excellence.’

In 2017, BGC awarded the window contract for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) to Concept Windows.
