Robert Sivewright
Robert founded Concept Windows in 2003 and has served as Managing Director ever since. Robert has had over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and works tirelessly to improve the business and navigate change . He believes in maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers through the principles of honesty, integrity and fairness.
Troy Johnson
With over 24 years in the glass and window industry, Troy Johnson brings unmatched expertise in delivering innovative window and glazing solutions across Western Australia. Troy has successfully negotiated and delivered some of WA’s most iconic projects, including the Ritz Carlton, West Coast Eagles headquarters and Sydney’s Charles Quarter. His leadership combines deep technical knowledge with a proven track record of managing complex, high-profile developments.
Zachary Sivewright
Zachary started with the company in 2021. He has worked through various roles within the company, from servicing, project management and now to sales. Through this journey he has gathered a wealth of knowledge in the industry which is invaluable.
Rosalyn Van Der Laan
Rosalyn heads up our accounts department, and is responsible for providing accurate and meaningful figures to management. Rosalyn has had over 30 years’ experience in accounting and joined our team in 2020. She is a bright personality and will always treat customers and suppliers with kindness.
Sam Fimmano
Sam has been at Concept Windows since 2017, and leads our commercial quoting and drafting. He understands the requirements around Australian Standards and has impeccable attention to detail. Sam believes in getting the job done right, the first time.
James Matthews
James joined the team in 2024. With a wealth of knowledge in glass windows and doors he heads up our Residential Sales Estimating team.
Allister Mutch
Allister joined the company in 2015 and now project manages all of our larger projects. With over 15 years’ experience in windows and construction, Allister understands that fast paced construction must not compromise on the quality of install. He believes in getting organised and in maintaining relationships with customers and subcontractors that are fun, fair, and firm.
Mark Tait
Mark has been with the company since early 2009, and is our Production Director. Since starting here, Mark has primarily worked in this department, and his depth of experience means he has a wealth of technical knowledge around our products. He works tirelessly every day to achieve goals and complete tasks.
Matthew Dimasi
Matthew started with the company in 2023 as one of our Project Managers.
Max Marenkov
Max joined the team in 2026. He heads up our servicing team and looks after all of our valued Concept Windows customers with their after care needs, focusing on prompt and reliable service.
Brad Miller
Brad joined our team in 2023 as one of our Project Managers.
Stefan Carlsson
Stefan is our production and logistics coordinator, overseeing our project stages are ensuring they are manufactured and delivered on time.
Marianne Schofield
Marianne joined Concept Windows in 2022. She plays a key role in projects support, stock procurement and general administration, striving to help where needed to enable the team to function its best.
Jenna Hadley
Jenna joined the team in 2025. With her industry knowledge she plays a key role in the production administrative processes.
Kylie Graham
Kylie is our bright and friendly first point of contact. Customer care and service are No 1 in her books. When she is not taking care of our customer base, she is taking care of the team and is a valued member of Concept Windows.
Bradley Fawkes
Bradley joined our team in early 2026 as our production manager.
