Concept Windows delivered the window package on this project, using energy efficient double glazing on the eastern and western elevations, and our Commercial grade window suite, Evolution 400 Series, on all windows and doors.

Concept Windows worked with Domination Homes during 2019 and 2020 to complete this Health Centre in Hamilton Hall. The building was designed by URBANize Architects and Evolution 400 Series commercial framing was used throughout.

Concept Windows worked alongside Georgiou Group throughout 2019 & 2020 to complete the Hollywood Private Hospital Project. The project was designed by Silver Thomas Hanley Architecture and consisted of an expansion to the mental health unit, as well as a brand new consulting centre. Combined, the buildings have over 500 window and door items, all in commercial framing.

Concept Windows worked with Alita Construction during 2020 to complete this workshop in High Wycombe. The building was designed by Mulder Kampman Design and commercial framing was used throughout.

Marina East Waterfront Apartments is a project that stands out in the history of Concept Windows. The building is located in Ascot Waters and houses over 400 windows and doors. The project comprises of 3 separate buildings, and was designed by Hames Sharley Architects, developed by Blackburne, and constructed by Georgiou Group.

Throughout 2019 and 2020, Concept Windows worked with ADCO Constructions to complete this flagship aged care facility in Bentley. This state of the art facility was designed by Cameron Chisholm Nicol Architects and developed by SwanCare.

Throughout 2019, Concept Windows installed the window package at the St Georges College West Wing expansion. This student accommodation facility was built by Jaxon Construction and designed by Whitehaus.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with PACT Construction to complete this apartment development in Victoria Park. These apartments were designed by Hillam Architects and developed by Celsius Property. Vic Quarter Apartments consists of 6 levels and contains over 400 windows and doors.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with BGC Construction to complete this apartment development in Rivervale. These apartments were designed by Hillam Architects and developed by Edge Visionary Living.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with Pact Construction to complete this apartment development in Como. These apartments were designed by MJA Studio and developed by Parcel Property. This property was a finalist in the Medium Density Category at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with Pact Construction to complete this apartment development in Palmyra. Designed by award-winning Grounds Kent Architects, Carrington57 is a boutique four storey multi-residential development. For this outstanding development, Parcel Property won the Judges Award at the UDIA WA 2019 Awards for Excellence. 

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Concept Windows worked with M Construction to complete this apartment development in South Fremantle.

LIV Apartments is a project that stands out in the history of Concept Windows. Located in Fremantle, this building was developed by DHA (Defence Housing Australia), built by Georgiou and designed by Hassell. The design of LIV focused on sustainability, which was achieved with the help of cross ventilation and double glazing throughout. The project also won the ‘UDIA High Density Award For Excellence.’

In 2017, BGC awarded the window contract for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) to Concept Windows.

In 2017, Pindan Constructions awarded the window contract for Koh I Noor Contemporary Aged Care to Concept Windows.

Concept Windows worked alongside Cockram Construction throughout 2018 to complete this refurbishment at Shenton College.

Concept Windows were privileged to work alongside Probuild Constructions during 2015 & 2016 to complete this luxurious apartment project.

Stirling Cross Apartments in Innaloo WA, developed by Fini Group and built by Probuild is a project that stands out in history of Concept Windows.

Concept Windows worked in conjunction Pindan Constructions during 2015 and 2016 to complete these 74 boutique apartments in Subiaco, WA.

In 2015, Emco Building awarded The Bottleyard Apartments window contract to Concept Windows.

Concept Windows were privileged to work alongside BGC Construction & Architectural Design Development on the Tribeca South apartment project in the Springs Rivervale precinct.

Following the huge success of Tribeca South, BGC Construction selected Concept Windows for the Tribeca East project located in the Springs Rivervale precinct.

North One Apartments in Subiaco is a mixed use development, built buy Pindan with Concept Windows manufacturing and installing the window package.

In 2016, Concept Windows were engaged by M Construction to supply & install the windows for M24 project in Leederville. M24 consists of 39 apartments over 3 stories, and boasts a commercial level on the ground floor.

Throughout 2015, Concept Windows worked with 3B Build install the window package at 23 Railway Road in Subiaco.
